Former Tottenham boss, George Graham, has been left off the list of ex-Spurs players and managers set to take part in a parade after the final game at White Hart Lane.

  • Graham was Arsenal manager before Spurs
  • Won 5 trophies with Gunners, 1 with Tottenham
  • Left out of Tottenham parade because of Arsenal connection
  • Sol Campbell also left out of White Hart Lane parade

Tottenham’s final ever match at White Hart Lane is against Manchester United on Sunday 14 May and, after the final whistle, there will be a parade involving former players and managers.

According to the Times, George Graham, who won the League Cup with Spurs in 1999 and was one of the last two coaches to win anything with the club, has been left off the list due to his connections with rivals Arsenal.

Graham played for Arsenal between 1966 and 1972 and took over as manager in ’86. He was there for nine years, winning the title twice, the League Cup twice, and the FA Cup once.

It’s for this reason, that he won’t be included in the celebrations at the Lane.

Predictably, Sol Campbell, whose controversial switch from Spurs to Arsenal in 2001 caused an uproar, has also been left out.
