Brazilian striker, Hulk, has revealed that he’s always supported Arsenal, even claiming that ‘nothing is impossible’ when asked about a potential move to Arsene Wenger’s side.

  • Hulk previously played for Porto and Zenit
  • Earns £320kpw at Shanghai SIPG in Chinese Super League
  • Known for goalscoring ability and muscular build
  • Dreams of Premier League move
  • Has always supported Arsenal

Although Hulk has been linked with a move to Chelsea in the past, his wage demands, which have seen him become the fifth highest paid player in the world, always put him out of Arsenal’s reach.

However, the 30-year-old now claims that it would be a dream to play in the Premier League, especially under Wenger.

“It’s always been a dream, it’s a very competitive championship and the stadiums are full in every game, no matter what the team, I always follow the league and I have always supported Arsenal,” he told Sport TV.

“[I’m a fan of] Wenger’s way of playing, but unfortunately he has not won trophies in recent years.”

He added, “The city (where he currently is) is very good, the club has a great culture and gives a lot of support. I have a contract for four years and have three left.

“I am very happy, but nothing is impossible, especially in football.”

The Metro suggest that Hulk could replace Alexis Sanchez, should the Chilean leave.

The Brazil international, who earns a whopping £320k per week at Shanghai SIPG, has scored eight goals and assisted six in 16 Chinese Super League appearances since moving from Zenit in 2016.

His current deal in China doesn’t run out until 2020.
