Major transfer news coming from Italy claims that there is an offer on the table worth £90 million for Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe from a currently unnamed side.

Kylian Mbappe is one of the brightest prospects in European football, with many top European sides in the race to sign the young Frenchman.

In a conversation with Sky Sports Italia, the agent of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang claimed: “I know there is a team that has already offered €110m (£90m) for Mbappe.

“Monaco are now calling for €130m (£110m) but their idea is to keep him another year and then maybe sell the year after that.”

With interest in Mbappe reaching it’s highest level, Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are all heavily linked with a move.

There are also reports from Italian journalist, Gianluca Di Marzio, that Monaco have already rejected a £70 million bid from Manchester United.

The 18-year-old has impressed this season for AS Monaco, scoring 24 goals in 38 appearances, very impressive numbers for a teenager.

With the clubs involved in the race for young star, it’s quite unimaginable to picture Arsene Wenger meeting the said bid and cashing out £100 million for an 18-year-old player.

I believe it’s safe to say that Arsenal aren’t in the game for Mbappe anymore, especially if the actual amounts are anywhere near the ones being reported.
