Arsenal are reportedly assembling a ‘Plan B’ transfer list as anxiety grows over their lack of Champions League football next season.

  • Gunners set to miss out on top-four finish for first time in over 20 years
  • Arsenal scared lack of Champions League will deter new signings
  • Compiling list of Plan B options
  • Signing top striker still priority

With Arsenal set to miss out on Champions League football next season, the Gunners are reportedly anxious that they’ll miss out on their main transfer targets this summer.

Most players cite the Champions League as their motivation for joining a new club and, without that, Arsenal apparently have little to entice future players to north London.

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal almost had a few deals wrapped up but have had to return to the drawing board and write this mysterious back-up list just in case, since finishing in the top four this season looks like an impossible task.

The report still claims that the Gunners’ top priority this summer, however, is to sign a striker.
