Arsene Wenger revealed the latest team news ahead of Arsenal’s Premier League clash away to Crystal Palace on Monday night.

The boss said that Francis Coquelin, who missed out on the 3-0 win at home to West Ham, should return against the Eagles. Whether he’ll step back into the starting lineup is unclear since Mohamed Elneny did such a brilliant job midweek.

David Ospina also missed the match against the Hammers after suffering a muscle injury against Manchester City on Sunday. He, as well as Petr Cech, who strained his calf against West Brom before the interlul, will miss the Palace game.

This means that Emi Martinez will step into goal on Monday night, as he did against West Ham. He did a good job, keeping a clean sheet and pulling off two important saves late on.

Matt Macey, who has been recalled from his loan spell at Luton Town, will be on the bench.

Laurent Koscielny is out for a short amount of time than expected as the ankle problem he suffered against City has turned out to be a tendon problem, not ligament, which is a relief.

Lucas Perez (thigh) and Santi Cazorla (ankle) are still out.
