  • Juventus have already made their interest known

Arsenal have been tracking Tolisso for a while now and the player has been quite chatty about his future, hinting, perhaps, that he’s open to a move.

Previously, he said about Arsenal, “Many clubs make me dream like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and England with teams like Arsenal.

“I like the Premier League and I think I am well suited to it. It is the league that offers the most competition, it is the most open, the most hard-fought and the most spectacular.”

And now, “There are championships that interest me more than others,” he told RMC. “The five  best European championships are very big championships but England and Italy are of particular interest to me.”

So Italy, huh? Juventus by any chance? “Interest from a big and prestigious club like Juventus gives me even more motivation to end this season well,” he said recently. “In the past Napoli had made an approach, now the Bianconeri: it’s pleasing, as Serie A is a wonderful league.

“For the moment, however, I just need to focus on my performances on the field.

“I am concentrated on ensuring fourth place in Ligue 1 and going forward in the Europa League.”
