Arsene Wenger delivered the latest team news in his press conference ahead of Arsenal’s trip to Liverpool.

Mesut Ozil “should be okay”, according to Wenger, to face Liverpool on Saturday after the midfielder was sent home from training on Wednesday by club doctors due to illness.

Aaron Ramsey, who has been out since Arsenal’s 2-1 loss at home to Watford with a calf injury, has returned to full training and therefore could feature at Anfield.

Laurent Koscielny is also back in training after being subbed off in the second half against Bayern Munich with a hamstring complaint.

Mohamed Elneny is out for three weeks after his calf, which had been giving his problems during the Africa Cup of Nations, finally gave up the ghost against Sutton. The midfielder is currently in a protective boot.

Unfortunately, no one appears to know when Santi Cazorla will actually be back after the Spaniard admitted he’d had a procedure on his ankle in order to close a wound.
