According to reports emerging from Italy, Juventus are ready to offer Alexis Sanchez a four-year deal and Arsenal £30m.

Claims that the Chilean is choosing a move away from north London aren’t slowing down any time soon. Quite the opposite.

This week, reports have been doing the rounds that Juventus are ready to bid between £25m and £30m to bring Alexis to Serie A.

While Italian outlet Tuttosport [via Calciomercato News] claims that Juve are willing to pay €40m (~£35m) and offer the 28-year-old a four-year deal, the Daily Mail, which cites Corriere dello Sport, and Quotidiano say it’s more in the region of £25m (~€30m).

It would be disappointing if Arsenal did sell their best player for this little. Although he’ll only have a year left on his existing contract in the summer, he’s worth so much more. However, as upsetting as it may be, it does seem as if the forward is probably off at the end of the season.

With no news on his current contract situation, Arsenal not living up to their potential and the media noise around his move to Juventus refusing to shut up, it’s feeling as if it’s inevitable.

Hopefully this isn’t the case.
