Mathieu Debuchy recently explained what his tattoos mean and what he plans to get etched on his skin in the future.

The right-back, who’s currently injured after playing just 13 minutes against Bournemouth at the end of last year, explained that his existing tattoos are mainly for his family, especially his children. He has their names and birth dates already marked on him, and plans to get their faces on his back in the future.

“I’m very proud of my tattoos,” he said, “because they’re about my family – my kids – and that’s important for me.”

It’s good to see the Frenchman up and about after he kept his head down for a couple of months.

Back in January, it was widely reported that Debuchy would be leaving the club after a rather cheeky interview with the French media, in which he claimed that Arsene Wenger blocked his move to Manchester United. Something that the manager denies.

It seemed almost certain that he would leave, in fact, he was at 1/3 to jump ship. Therefore, you definitely wouldn’t bet against him signing for another team in the summer. However, if you do like a gamble, online casino games at Wintingo has you covered.
