Arsenal are said to be still tracking Sead Kolasinac ahead of a possible free transfer in the summer.

The defender is out of contract at the end of the season and Arsenal are said to be one of a number of clubs, including Chelsea, tracking him.

This is not the first time that Arsenal have been linked with the Bosnian. The links stretch back at least 18 months. Chelsea reportedly had a £5.2m bid turned down for him during the January window. At that time, press reports claimed he would prefer a move to the Premier League but there was no evidence to backup this assertion.

AC Milan are believed to have already made an approach for the 23-year-old with a four-year deal worth £32k-per-week on the table, wages that Premier League clubs could easily double without worrying about it. The Schalke man is now said to be tempted by AC Milan’s offer but, again, evidence is light on the ground.

A left-sided defender, Kolasinac can play anywhere along the flank (and in either centreback slot). With Arsenal actively looking for a replacement for Nacho Monreal, Kolasinac is no doubt one of many options being considered.
