She is a forward who likes to run behind the defences and in the channels. She can also play with her back to the goal as well as linking up play. Dean has been involved with first-team training since the end of last season and has improved a lot on in recent months.

Considering Beth Mead has not played a game yet for Arsenal due to injury and is the natural back-up at number 9 for Jodie Taylor, Rianna could get a place on the bench for the first team in the upcoming weeks.

She just needs to carry on scoring goals for the Arsenal Ladies Development team and England u19 during the La Manga tournament and the Elite Round in Turkey in April. The competition for places in attack is really strong and it can only help her to develop and compete with top quality players for a place in the team.
