According to Arsenal.com, Hector Bellerin is progressing well and could be fit enough to play on Saturday.

The right-back was given a rather solid elbow to the face during Arsenal’s clash against Chelsea, resulting in him being subbed off in the 17th minute and suffering pretty bad concussion.

Since, the Spaniard has been resting at home and will receive the results of his MRI scans on Friday.

The club say that he’s been progressing well so far and although they’ll carry out late tests on the 21-year-old on Thursday and Friday, the decision of whether he’s able to feature against Hull or not will be made on Saturday.

I’m not sure how I feel about it considering it feels like, if we do play him on Saturday afternoon, we’re rushing him back and perhaps even risking him. However, I also acknowledge that while it may not be right, we wouldn’t be the first club to do so and that there are trained professionals in place that have a far better idea of how well he is than I.
