A look at Arsenal’s tough week through videos.

It’s not been an easy week for Gooners. And not just because we lost 5-1 away to Bayern Munich (watch the highlights video below if you dare) but because Arsene Wenger’s post-match interview was heartbreaking.

There was a sadness in the boss’ eyes that we haven’t seen before. I thought we knew what Wenger looked like when he felt defeated but it seems we didn’t really have a clue.

The Frenchman looks like he’s had enough and it’s uncomfortable to watch.

This was followed a couple of days later by Wenger’s pre-Sutton United presser, where he confirmed that he would make a decision regarding his future at Arsenal by March/April. Surprisingly, however, he revealed that if he’s not at Arsenal, he’ll be managing somewhere else. I think many, myself included, expected him to retire and move upstairs at Arsenal.

On a lighter note, Arsenal’s YouTube channel have been attempting to keep spirits high (maybe) and invited The Walking Dead producer and vocal Gooner, Gale Anne Hurd, for a tour of the Emirates and a little chat.

The die-hard Arsenal fan revealed how she became a Gooner in 2006 and went on to explain how different English football is to American.

Alexis Sanchez spoke about his experience as a 10-year-old growing up in Chile and who his main inspiration was as a youngster.

We also actually got a pretty interesting look behind the scenes at the Emirates and what goes into the stadium staff’s preparation before a home game.

Other than this, just like the Arsenal players’ social media accounts, it’s been quiet.

The Daily Cannon crew have made their feelings on this week pretty clear…
