Arsenal host Burnley on Sunday but when we encountered the Clarets earlier in the season at Turf Moor, we narrowly escaped with our 1-0 victory.

The home team held us to a 0-0 draw until the final minute of the game when a deflected goal went in off of Laurent Koscielny. Brilliant from an Arsenal perspective; infuriating for Burnley.

They currently sit in 10th place in the Premier League having won eight of their 12 home games so far, which is fantastic and, considering Arsenal, Manchester City and Swansea are the only teams to beat them on home soil, our 1-0 win is a pretty good result in hindsight.

“Everybody questions that every week and then they play at home and they basically beat everybody there,” Wenger said. “It’s what they’ve repeated for 20 games, it’s not a coincidence and every time you see them play at home against a big team you think ‘this time they might not do it’ and they do it [almost] every time. That is just down to quality.”

Burnley’s form on the road is a little different, however, and although we’ve faltered at the Emirates more than once, it should be a straight forward home win for the Gunners.

Arsenal sit in fourth place in the Premier League, one point off Liverpool (third) and Spurs (second). We need these three points. Plus, if Swansea could beat Liverpool and Manchester City v Spurs could end in a 22-man brawl, that would be great thanks.
