Arsenal have been handed a boost ahead of the Champions League first leg game against Bayern Munich with the news that Franck Ribery could miss it.

The forward picked up a thigh injury in training on Tuesday and could now miss between three and four weeks with the problem:

It’s worth noting that this information has not been confirmed by the club who could be waiting on the results of tests.

Ribery has two goals and seven assists in 13 Bundesliga games this season. He has a total two goals and 11 assists in 18 games across all competitions.
