Dan Crowley was sent off during Go Ahead Eagles’ friendly against Helmond Sport. Yep.

The 19-year-old was recently sent back by Oxford United after a brief loan spell with the League One team. He made 11 appearances over all competitions, scoring three times and assisting twice while there. However, he was sent back early with rather heavy nods towards his ‘unprofessional’ behaviour off the pitch.

This isn’t the first time this has been brought up.

Since the midfielder is a good player, Arsenal obviously managed to organise a loan move elsewhere. This time in the Netherlands with Go Ahead Eagles.

However, during a friendly match against Helmond Sport, Crowley was sent off.

That’s right. A friendly. With his new loan team. Sent off.

Crowley’s attitude is becoming more and more concerning and, while we don’t know the exact nature of the red card just yet, you have to wonder how long Arsene Wenger will put up with his behaviour off the pitch. Particularly if he keeps getting sent back from loan.
