Brazilian side, Sao Paulo, want both Robin van Persie and Emmanuel Adebayor according to a report from the country in UOL.

Adebayor is currently without a club and has been since the summer despite still only being 32. Van Persie, meanwhile, has been linked with a move from Fenerbache for most of the season and is averaging just 50 minutes per league game played (14). In that time, he has scored six and assisted 2.

Talks have already taken place between van Persie’s people and the club, but it doesn’t seem like a deal is close.

He is under contract in Turkey until 2018 and the president of Sao Pauolo, Carlos Augusto de Barros e Silva, Leco, said, “Van Persie is a very talented football player, and he is a world-class player, and he is the best player in the world, who stood out in the World Cup, and if there was a possibility, we would make an appointment.”

In regards to Adebayor, UOL say that he has been offered to the club but do not add any further details.
