It seems that you can take the boy out of Arsenal but not Arsenal out of the boy.

Jon Toral is currently on loan at La Liga club, Granada, and after struggling to even get in the squad until recently, has gone and sprained his ankle. I’m assuming not on purpose.

According to Marca, Toral will miss out on the La Liga clash against Sevilla on Saturday after being subbed off against Osasuna midweek. Annoyingly for the 21-year-old, he’d scored his first goal for Granada earlier in the Copa del Rey match, winning his loan team the game.

Although Toral underwent physiotherapy on Thursday, it remains to be seen how serious the sprain is. Hopefully, it’s not too bad considering he’s only just started to get a good run in the team and, having scored Granada’s only goal midweek, he’ll be hoping for more time on the pitch.

Check out the youngster’s rather lovely goal below.
