Arsenal and Spurs have both been linked with USA international, Christian Pulisic, although it’s Liverpool who appear to be holding all the cards.

The highly rated Borussia Dortmund winger is apparently more likely to go to the Merseyside team because of boss Jurgen Klopp’s links with the Bundesliga club. You know, since he used to be manager and all.

The initial report from Calciomercato claimed that Dortmund don’t want to sell in January or next summer and Pulisic is contracted with them until 2019. However, the Sun are the ones who are now reporting that Liverpool have an advantage since the 18-year-old is a long-time target of Klopp’s after he promoted him to the Dortmund first team.

Despite being just a teenager, Pulisic has scored two Bundesliga goals and assisted four in 10 appearances so far this season and is currently making quite a name for himself.

Are Arsenal interested? Maybe. However, it does appear that, if he does move, which Dortmund don’t want, Liverpool are in going to win that race everyday.
