Jurgen Klopp has been quick to deny Liverpool’s reported interest in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The former Dortmund manager has already called the rumour ‘nonsense’ after it surfaced this week, with the media claiming that the Ox could be on his way to Anfield as soon as January.

The Ox only has 18 months left on his current Arsenal contract, which is why Liverpool were said to be lurking, but as we’ve already said, the likelihood of the Gunners selling to the Merseyside club is very, very slim.
It’s interesting that Klopp was so quick to deny this rumour when so many aren’t. Perhaps he doesn’t want to be in Arsene Wenger’s bad books, eh?
