Africa Cup of Nations

Arsenal Ladies’ forward Asisat Oshoala helped Nigeria on their way to the 10th Women’s AFCON. They beat the home side, Cameroon, 1-0 in the final with the lone goal from Desiree Oparanozie Ugochi.

Our young striker claimed the tournament’s Golden Boot with six goals, and was also named in the tournament’s best 11 in a very successful competition for the Arsenal lady.
