There are some things you don’t expect to see on a Monday and Nacho Monreal juggling a football while his childhood friend, Pablo Urbina conducts an orchestra is right up there.
The pair were filmed as they launched the ‘Make it Real’ campaign, which aims to inspire others to follow their dreams.
Seems like an excellent cause, if you ask me.
Speaking in the video, Nacho says, “There are many players who have stayed behind, it is not failure, it is perhaps that this profession was not destined for them and that they were meant to do something else.”
Nacho also gives conducting a go:
Both Nacho and Urbina hail from Pamplona in Spain.
Nacho signed for Osasuna when he was 17 in 2005. Urbina received the San Diego Rotary Club Scholarship in the same year.
