There were doubts over Hector Bellerin’s fitness after he picked up a knock against San Marino but he appears fit and well after he played a full 90 minutes for Spain’s u21s against Estonia.

The right-back declared himself fit and ready for the match after he returned to training without any trouble but there was still some worry over whether he would feature since, you know, he’s an Arsenal player.

Well, there was no need to worry since the 21-year-old played the full match in which Spain’s u21s beat Estonia’s u21s 5-0 with goals from Denis Suarez, Marco Asensio (x2) and Munir El Haddadi (x2). Hector even grabbed himself an assist for Munir’s first goal.

Bellerin is racking up some serious game time for the u21s and since he appears to be on the edge of the senior team squad, considering he was called up for Euro 2016, you can only imagine this is working in his favour.

Keep your filthy paws off him, Barcelona!
