England u17s are through to the FIFA u17 WWC following their 2-1 win against Brazil.

They finished runners-up of Group C behind North Korea following their opening 3-3 draw with the North Koreans and a 0-0 draw against Nigeria. They will play the Group D winners in the quarter-finals.

Ellie Brazil, Georgia Stanway and Alessia Russo scored in the North Korea game. Stanway scored two penalties against Brazil to send her team through but will miss the next game through suspension.

All five Arsenal players have been involved in the tournament so far:

Taylor Hinds, Anna Patten, Anna Filbey started the game against North Korea alongside captain Lotte Wubben-Moy. Laura Hooper came on as a late sub.
