Although there have been no further injuries or players to return for Arsenal’s clash with Middlesbrough, could Santi Cazorla still be rested?

Cazorla was subbed in the 57th minutes during the Gunner’s 6-0 thumping of Ludogorets midweek.

Wenger confirmed he’d had a knock to his Achilles but would undergo late fitness tests to see if he’s fit enough for the Premier League clash.

Although Cazorla was seen training on Friday, which is a good sign, knowing Wenger it’s entirely possible that he could rest the Spaniard as a precaution and bring in Mohamed Elneny.

Of course, he may prefer to keep the starting XI as it was against Swansea if Santi is 100% but since the only other players to come back in would be Alex Iwobi and Petr Cech, I figured I’d make the predicted lineup a little interesting.

You know, just to give myself even more of a chance of being wrong.
