Arsene Wenger met with the press on Friday morning ahead of the game against Chelsea on Saturday afternoon.

Asked by the press about the rivalry between the two sides and if he feels it has mellowed with the sacking of Jose Mourinho, the boss gave his verdict on how he sees the two sides and their place at the minute.

This, of course, opened the door for questions about Jose Mourinho’s comments that he wanted to ‘break’ Wenger’s face.

The boss, however, refused to bit and would not give the reporters any more headlines, that in itself being a headline I guess.

Hear what he had to say in the video below but, perhaps more importantly, watch the smile on his face.

This is a battle he knows he has already won and the less reaction he gives the more you know it’s going to wind Mourinho up.

Wonderful.
