Olivier Giroud played 45 minutes during France’s 3-1 win over Italy on Thursday night and managed to score a beaut’ of a goal.

France initially went 1-0 ahead through Manchester United’s Anthony Martial in the 17th minute, assisted by his teammate, Paul Pogba. His run was impressive and the goal was perfectly executed.

Italy then equalised through Graziano Pelle just four minutes later.

Sooner after that, Olivier Giroud scored his lovely goal. A looping header from Layvin Kurzawa landed for the big guy to slot into the net.

Check it out.

France’s third and final goal didn’t come until late in the second half when Kurzawa scored. Pogba grabbed another assist.

I’m glad Oli only got to play one half considering he’s supposed to not be fully fit yet and it wouldn’t make sense.

Laurent Koscielny also started and played 83 minutes.
