Alexis Sanchez’s home town has honoured their favourite son with a massive mural of the photo of him wielding the Copa America and Player of the Tournament trophy this summer.

Painted by Jose Madrid in Tocopilla, it’s an impressive piece that we will, no doubt, get to see the player himself posing in front of when he returns home, something he does every chance he can get.

Alexis is currently on international duty with Chile ahead of their World Cup qualifying game against Paraguay which kick’s off at 1am Friday morning.
