Jame Rodriguez has spoken for the 100th time about his future, once again confirming that he wants to stay at Real Madrid.

The 25-year-old was linked with moves to Chelsea, Manchester United and, of course, Arsenal during the summer. Although, I don’t think anyone ever suspected he was actually leaving Real. He seems very happy at the La Liga club and Zinedine Zidane doesn’t appear to want to get rid of him in a hurry.

Speaking to Movistar+ recently, the Colombian revealed that he’s got a good relationship with the manager and that he never wants to leave Madrid.

“I have the support of everyone and a great relationship with Zinedine Zidane,” he said.

“I’ve always wanted to stay here and my dream is to do so forever.”

Well, that puts an end to that then. For the 100th time. This isn’t the first time Rodriguez has spoken about wanting to stay at Real. Whether this is out of insecurity or just because he’s getting repeatedly asked, we can only speculate. However, I never for a second thought that he would sign for Arsenal.
