The shirt sales results from last season are in and only one side that will compete in this season’s Champions League outsold Arsenal.

That side was not Tottenham, Bayern Munich, Juventus, PSG or even Real Madrid, all of whom sold fewer shirts than the Gunners.

Nope, that only side was, perhaps unsurprisingly, was Barcelona according to data published by UKSoocershop..

Here’s the top 10:

10 Tottenham
9 Borussia Dortmund
8 Atletico Madrid
7 Manchester City
6 Juventus
5 PSG
4 Real Madrid
3 Bayern Munich
2 Arsenal
1 Barcelona

Obviously Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are not included in this list as they aren’t in the Champions League this season.

When it comes to the names people are getting on the back of their shirts, only one Arsenal player makes the top ten – Alexis Sanchez in ninth place. Lionel Messi tops the list, again not a surprise, followed by Cristiano Ronaldo.
