Arsenal have reportedly been scouting €25m Galatasaray winger, Bruma.

The 21-year-old has scored one and assisted two in the Turkish League so far this season, leading a few of England’s top clubs to supposedly turn their attention his way.

According to Turkish-Football.com, the Portuguese winger had scouts from Arsenal, West Ham, Chelsea and Spurs watch him during’s Gala’s 1-1 draw against Kayserispor recently, in which Bruma earned an assist.

Gala apparently value the youngster at €25m, which is around £21m. This is probably about the going rate for a decent, inexperienced winger right now so doesn’t sound too outlandish. However, with so many clubs reportedly linked with him, it could just be his agent trying to find him a new club. His contract with Gala runs out in 2018 so if he’s not willing to sign an extension, perhaps he’s looking for a move to the Premier League.

On the other hand, even if Arsenal were scouting him, this might not mean an awful lot. I’m sure we send scouts to watch dozen of players we never end up signing.

Either way, the window’s closed so there’s no way we could possibly know until later.
