Sam Allardyce has called Theo Walcott into his first England squad but has left Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxalde-Chamberlain out.

Of course, it’s understandable that he would leave Jack out, he has hardly played in about four years, but to pick Walcott? Really?

The Ox has certainly shown better form this season (for all we’ve had of it) and while Theo looked distinctly better against Watford than he has in a long time, it’s still hard to think he’s done anything to warrant a call up.
