Alexandre Lacazette has told the press that ‘If there are offers that can’t be refused, I’d like to not refuse him’ as a player who was once reportedly fed up with being linked with Arsenal mixes things up a bit.

Arsenal reportedly had a £30m bid for the forward turned down last week although all throughout this saga the press in Lyon have maintained that Arsenal aren’t actually interested, something that tallies with what the Lyon president said at the start of the summer.

“If there are offers that can’t be refused, I’d like to not refuse them”, Lacazette reportedly told Canal+ after his hattrick at the weekend.

With Lyon wanting to keep hold of their striker and make him the highest paid player in their club’s history, Arsenal face a fight to land Lacazette if they do actually want him.

A ridiculous price of £60m has been mentioned for the Frenchman, an amount that he’s not even close to being worth and the longer this drags on the harder it will become to sign him as Lyon will be left with little time to find a replacement.
