Germany opened their 2016 Rio Olympics tournament with a huge 6 – 1 win over lower ranked Zimbabwe while Arsenal’s defender, Josephine Henning stayed on the bench for the whole game.

Germany are one of the favourites for a medal and hopefully Josie can had another one to her big collection.

Goalscorers in the game were: Daebritz, Popp, Behringer x2, Leupolz, Chibanda og for Germany and Basopo for Zimbabwe.

Germany leads Group F with three points while Zimbabwe are bottom of the table.
