Finally, some good contract news: Petr Cech has signed with Puma.

The goalkeeper was previously with Adidas but he’s now joined Arsenals’ sponsors.

The 34-year-old was seen wearing Puma boots and gloves during the Gunners’ 4-3 loss to Liverpool on the opening day of the season and their 0-0 draw away to Leicester, sparking rumours that he’d left his beloved Adidas. He has also been training with Puma gear.

Now, the big guy has confirmed it via his social media.

Whether this has anything to do with the club’s affiliation with the brand, I don’t know.

Cech now joins numerous other Arsenal players, including Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla, who are also signed to Puma.
