Arsenal’s u19s have reached the final of the Durban International Cup thanks to a 3-0 win over TP Mazembe on Thursday.

Goals from Donyell Malen, Edward Nketiah and Stephy Mavididi fired the Gunners into the final of the trophy they are defending in South Africa.

Arsenal topped their group with two wins and one defeat after playing Sporting Lisbon, Golden Arrows and KZN Academy (who beat the Young Guns).

The top two teams from the two groups progressed to the semi-final with Arsenal playing the runners-up of the second group, TP Mazembe – the Congolese side they beat on Thursday.

Group B contained Rangers, but they somehow managed to finish bottom of their group with three high-scoring defeats (1-3, 3-4, 3-4).
