Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has returned to training at London Colney after missing the final three months of the season with another knee injury.

Picking the problem up against Barcelona in the first leg of the Champions League tie at the Emirates in February, the injury not only ended his Arsenal season but his hopes of finally making it to an international tournament.

He’s been posting updates over the summer but this latest one, which shows him running at Colney with no strapping on his knee, is a great site.

Hopefully his rehabilitation goes well and he’s able to enjoy a great pre-season ahead of an injury free campaign in 16/17.

Back at it today before the start of pre season on Monday 🏃🏾
