Arsenal have signed a deal with Atlanta-based Fermata Partners LLC to help expand their retail operations in North America.

The firm, which already represents Fulham, Newcastle, Norwich, QPR, Swansea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham, will look to establish partnerships on the continent with key manufacturers and retailers.

Speaking about the deal, Simon Lilley, Arsenal’s Retail Director, said “We are delighted to welcome Fermata Partners as our Official Master Licensee in North America,” said Simon Lilley, Arsenal’s Retail Director.  “We see significant opportunities in North America due to our tremendous support across the region and this agreement will give our supporters the chance to buy a wide range of official Arsenal products locally.

“As one of the best supported international clubs in North America, Arsenal is highly sought-after by licensees, retailers, and consumers,” said Scott Bouyack, founding partner of Fermata Partners. “We are proud to work on behalf of this iconic club, and look forward to collaborating with Arsenal to innovate and deliver new product to its current and future supporters in the region.”

The exact details of the arrangement have not been disclosed but in a similar deal struck with the University of Georgia for their merchandise, Fermata receive 10%.
