Wojciech Szczesny has received ultimately lad™ points after showing off his rather nasty-looking bruise on Instagram.

The Poland international was ruled out of his country’s clash against Germany on Thursday after picking up a thigh injury against Northern Ireland when he collided with Kyle Lafferty. Poland’s coach, Adam Nawałka, admitted that he didn’t know what the goalkeeper would be back in action.

On Friday, the 26-year-old decided to share a picture of the bruising he’d sustained on his Instagram. Ouch.
