David Ospina might not be an Arsenal player for much longer but the shot-stopper was in fine form for his country as they defeated USA 2-0 in the opening game of this year’s Copa America.

The game, which kicked off at 2.30am UK time saw the USA, who are hosting the tournament for the first time in its 100-year history, crash to goals from Cristian Zapata in the 8th minute and James Rodriguez from the penalty spot four minutes before the break.

The USA came close in the second half, first when Geoff Cameron saw his effort cleared off the line and then when Dave denied Clint Dempsey’s freekick with this save:
