With another batch of games played on Monday and Tuesday, the situation has become clearer and a couple of teams, including England, have made it through to the finals.

A reminder of the qualifying rules:

The group winners and the six best runners-up (not counting results against fifth-placed teams) will join hosts, the Netherlands, in the final tournament.

The following teams are through as group winners: France, Germany and Switzerland

The teams are also through as top two teams in their group and guaranteed to be one of the six best runner-up: England, Norway and Spain, those three teams might win their group.

The following teams are confirmed as top 2 teams but might be in the play-off for the final place: Iceland, Scotland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia, Belgium, Austria

The following teams can still qualify: Finland, Portugal, Ukraine, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic, Northern Ireland

From the home nation, England are through, Scotland are very likely to qualify as well and Northern Ireland has an outside chance to finish runner-up but might end-up in the play-off for the last place.

The Arsenal players that are through to the finals are Josephine Henning, Vicky Losada, Marta Corredera, Dominique Janssen, Sari Van Veenendaal, Danielle Van de Donk plus all the players called up for Mark Sampson for England. Natalia Pablos Sanchon has not been called up for Spain for a long time now. Emma Mitchell might join the other players in September.
