The Arsenal Ladies sides are edging closer and closer to a hat-trick of cup wins in 2016.

With the u17 side’s 5-1 triumph against Man United and the first team’s 1-0 win against Chelsea at Wembley on Saturday, the treble is on. It could be complete when the Development team meet Sheffield Ladies on Saturday the 28th of May at Sutton Coldfield for the FA WSL Development  League Cup final.

Full credit to the coaching staffs from all the age groups, who have developed all the players with some of them coming through since the u9 age group at the centre of excellence and all the way to the first team. There is a conveyor belt of talented players coming through the youth teams and, unfortunately, very few will make it to the first team.

It would be the first time since the FA Girls Youth Cup and the FA WSL Development have been created that a club would be holding all three trophies.

Good luck to the girls in the FA WSL Development team squad:

GK: Sian Rogers, Shona Allen

DF: Phillipa Cowley, Jessica Driscoll,  Taylor Hinds, Kelsey Kiely, Lucy Parker, Chiara Ritchie-Williams

MF: Georgia Allen, Chloe Brunton-Wilde, Anna Filbey, Alysha Stojko-Down,
