Joe Hart is hoping that Manchester City can put their Champions League disappointment behind them with a win over Arsenal on Sunday.

City crashed out to a single goal in what was one of the dullest Champions League semi’s that anyone can remember.

Looking disinterested in Spain, Arsenal fans would be right to expect a response from City when they travel to the Etihad, especially as they need to make the top four as their hopes of qualifying as winners have been smashed.

City are just three points behind Arsenal, four ahead of United and five West Ham.

Speaking after the match, Hart said “Roll on Sunday, I’m looking forward to it. We go again (yawn) and we cement our place in the Champions League.”
