Arsenal are apparently looking to bring in Dutch goal machine, Vincent Janssen.

According to the Telegraph, the AZ Alkmaar striker is well and truly on Arsenal’s radar as we hunt for a solution to our lack of goals this season.

Although Olivier Giroud started off well, the Frenchman has only managed to score 12 goals in the Premier League this season and hasn’t actually found the back of the net since January, when he scored a brace against Liverpool. Therefore, it’s very likely that we will be looking to bring in more fire power over the summer.

21-year-old Janssen has been a revelation for Alkmaar this season, having scored 26 goals in the Dutch league alone, as well as assisting six. While the Eredivisie isn’t exactly on the same level as the Premier League, the player obviously has a keen eye for goal. Saying this, I can’t even begin to imagine the uproar that would occur if he was the only striker we bought this summer.
