Chuba Akpom was part of the Hull squad that won promotion back to the Premier League on Saturday at Wembley.

Facing Sheffield Wednesday, Steve Bruce named Chuba on the bench and unfortunately the Arsenal kid didn’t get any minutes at Wembley.

He certainly deserved to be part of the celebrations, however, after featuring in 35 Championship games this season.

The game was decided by an absolute screamer from Mo Diame in the 72nd minute, an effort from outside the box that gave Westwood in the Owls goal no chance.

Isaac Hayden was not involved on the day and has seen his game time at Hull fall away as the season progressed. He ended up with 18 league appearances.
