John Griffiths has selected his 18 player-squad for the forthcoming u17 Euros to be played in Belarus and has included five Arsenal players.

Defenders Taylor Hinds, Lotte-Wubben-Moy and Anna Patten alongside midfielders Laura Hooper and Anna Filbey have all been selected in a strong squad that will certainly look to bring a medal back home.

England will open their tournament on 4th May with a tough game against Norway in Zodinho.

Then on 7th will play the hosts, Belarus, in Slutsk, an easier game. They will finish with Serbia on 10th in Minsk.

England beat Serbia 3-1 in the Elite Round, so it is another winnable game.

The semi-final will be played on the 13th May, with the third place play-off and the final played on the 16th May.

The top three teams at the Euros will qualify for the FIFA u17 World Cup to be played from 30th September to 21st October, so there is a big incentive for the team to do well.
