According to various reports, Arsenal are willing to go up against Leicester to sign Marseille midfielder, Mario Lemina.

The 22-year-old, who hasn’t had the best loan spell at Juventus this season, is reportedly being monitored by numerous European clubs including the Foxes and Arsenal.

As with most rumours, this appears to be a complete non-story. The player only featured nine times for Juventus while on loan, scoring two goals (which actually isn’t too bad for a defensive midfielder, but still) and before that, scored the same amount in 50 appearances for Marseille.

If he was a bit younger, there would be more of a possibility of him joining our youth squad and being developed in north London, but at the age of 22, I don’t see this happening.
