Arsene Wenger has agreed that he’s a ‘little bit’ concerned with Arsenal’s home form after our 2-1 loss to Watford.

The loss not only sees us out of the FA Cup after winning it for the previous two seasons, it also sees us lose at home again.

Our home form is terrible. In the Premier League, we’ve only marginally picked up more points at the Emirates than away, which is horrific when you consider the majority of teams’ points are supposed to come at home.

The Emirates is supposed to be our fortress but if that were the case, all our livestock (do fortresses have livestock?), mead and people would be gone. Teams know they can come to us and leave with a win.

Speaking to the media after the loss, Wenger acknowledged that he is a little bit concerned with our bad form at home.

“[I’m] A little bit [concerned], yes,” he said.

“I agree with you that we do not make enough of our domination, of our possession in the final third.”

It’s more than a little concerning and for once it’d be nice to hear Wenger admit that something big has to change.
