Alex Iwobi is traveling with the Arsenal squad and could face Hull on Tuesday.

The FA Cup clash, which is a replay of our 0-0 draw against the Tigers a couple of weeks ago, is a second chance at progressing to the quarter-finals of the competition.

“What I see in [Iwobi] is a creative player who has a high work-rate and a good team spirit,” the boss said.

“I think he’s a player who develops very well because he has a big passion for the game and he can score goals as well. He can play on the flanks, he can play through the middle, he’s a very interesting player.”

Iwobi has impressed the fans and manager whenever he’s starred for the Gunners. So far this season, the 19-year-old has featured 10 times for the senior team and although he’s yet to score or assist, his presence has always made a difference.

Given that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is injured and both Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott aren’t at their best yet, it might be beneficial to give young Iwobi a start against Hull. Although it’s likely that we’ll see Alexis start considering Wenger’s unshakable faith in the Chilean and his goal on Saturday in the North London Derby.

Iwobi and Campbell down the flanks might be an interesting move.
