Facing some quickfire questions, Aaron Ramsey had a few surprising answers for Goal.com.

The Welsh midfielder has missed the international break due to injury but could return for Arsenal within the next couple of weeks as the end of the season approaches.

Facing some questions, Ramsey named Graham Kavanagh as his childhood hero, Scott Parker as his toughest ever opponent, and his parents as his biggest influence.

Then came the answers Arsenal fans will be most interested in. Who’s the most talented teammate Ramsey has?

“Probably Bale,” smiled the midfielder.

Some Arsenal fans may be a little perplexed not to hear Ramsey thinks Mesut Özil is his most talented teammate, or even Alexis Sánchez. Well, fair enough: Bale is incredibly talented, a player who dragged Tottenham into the top four and is now at Real Madrid and is hardly being outshone by the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

Ramsey then unsurprisingly named the FA Cup Final winner as his favourite goal and Per Mertesacker as his funniest teammate before tackling an issue which divides the dressing room: who is Arsenal’s fastest player?

“Probably Theo Walcott or Héctor (Bellerín). I’ll go for Theo, just, over 100 metres.”

Walcott was taken aback last year when the Spaniard claimed he was the faster of the two so no doubt Ramsey will be in the forward’s good books now.
